Fans have restlessly inquired about a sequel to Kohan: Immortal Sovereigns (KIS) after its tremendous success and being named "(Real-Time) Strategy Game of the Year" by such gaming sources as Computer Games Magazine, Computer Gaming World and PC Gamer. "With two award winning games under our belt and all the original talent geared up, we’re once again ready to go head to head with existing RTS boundaries," says Adel Chaveleh, TimeGate’s Studio Head.

Key features of the "Kohan II" project include:

• Award-winning command and control system allowing units to be created and controlled in preset groups called Companies, thus reducing micromanagement typically necessary during combat.

• State-of-the-art, fully-3D graphics engine capable of displaying over 100 units on screen and taking advantage of advanced graphics technologies, such as: bump maps, gloss maps, vertex and pixel shaders.

• Player selection of both a political faction and a unique race to provide players with a wide variety of gameplay experiences.

• Strong focus on the special immortal units, the Kohan Heroes. Dozens of new, powerful heroes populate the lush fantasy world of Khaldun.

• Complete range of campaigns, scenario maps, random skirmish play and multiplayer game types, including a never before seen mode of online play. Spotlight on quality, innovative single player experiences.
