Gamebiz Preview
Gamebiz has a new preview of KoW up:
Kohan II: Kings of War boasts a reasonable number
of features that makes it a unique and innovative RTS. The most obvious
of these is the inclusion of hero units, now a must for any viable RTS.
Far more interesting is the resources and building system. Kings of War
opts for simplicity to balance the various resources to pay for your
army.

Developer Diary #2
TimeGate's lead designer Steve
Hemmesch has posted his second developer diary on
GameSpy:
We knew that we wanted to retain the core ideas
that make Kohan such a deep game, but we had to ensure that the barrier
to entry was low for new players. On top of this, we feel very strongly
about TimeGate's hallmark for innovation, so we wanted to continue to
innovate within the RTS genre.
